Our mission is the promotion of prevention culture, personal development and wellbeing in the working and social life.

To achieve this we perform research to develop innovative procedures. Those procedures are blended schemes of traditional scientific expertise combined with Coaching and Mentoring in order to achieve the maximum results.

The resulted benefits are present in both professional and personal life, enforcing individuals, cultivating safety culture and promoting wellbeing. 

Safeguarding services

We aim to ensure that  services will be equally available and accessible to all members of our organisation and beneficiaries of our projects irrespective of age, disability, trans identities, marital status, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, culture and language.
IPD recognises it has particular responsibilities to safeguard and promote the welfare of:

• All persons who engage in IPD activities, including the children or attendants of IPD events
• All persons at risk who engage in IPD activities
